Summary

The talk reads Genesis 1 through 3 as two accounts and says many people never notice. The priestly account, placed from Genesis 1 through Genesis 2:3, has Elohim create in a set order, make humankind male and female in Elohim's image, give the plants, bless them, and call the work very good, with no death in view. Elohim is treated as a plural title, so Yhwh, Jesus, and the Father can each be an Elohim. Yhwh is not the name used in that opening account.

Yhwh Elohim forms the man from the soil, plants the garden, forbids a tree, makes the woman from the man's side, and after the snake speaks he curses everyone involved and guards the tree of life. The order runs man, then plants, then animals, then the woman, so she is called an afterthought set under the man, against the pair made together in the other account. The talk says Yhwh left them unguarded, they were harmed, and he answered with testing and curses instead of taking the blame, which is not the Father Jesus reveals. Psalm 82 is read as that Father rebuking the sons in the divine council for how they treat humans.

Moses was told to speak to the rock and also struck it, as he had been told to do the time before, and both men die short of the land and are buried in unmarked graves after forty years of service. Jesus honors a woman who sits at His feet to learn, and He heals women, which the talk lines up with the priestly account and with what Revelation restores. The changes in the text are called theological redaction, a rewrite so the text would fit a religion, and the Most High is said to have given the Hebrews to Yhwh. The Lord's Prayer asks not to be led into a time of testing and to be delivered from the evil one, and the Father is said to offer the Kingdom, biological immortality, and forgiveness, none of which Yhwh promised.
