Yhwh
Who is the god of this age?
Paul writes that the god of this age blinds minds, and he never says Satan. The talk follows the argument from Moses and the stone covenant and says that god is Yhwh.

Summary
Paul uses the title once and never says Satan. The talk says Satan fits only if Yhwh is Jesus' Father. From 2 Corinthians 2:14, Paul sets a ministry of the spirit against the ministry carved on stone, calls that stone ministry death and condemnation, and says its glory was put out of operation rather than left to fade. Exodus 34 veils Moses after he speaks, Paul moves that veil onto minds whenever Moses is read, and Paul says the lord who takes the veil off is the spirit.
Second Corinthians 4:4 is the first line where someone actually blinds people, so they will not see the light of the gospel of Christ. The talk says a Judean writer using god of this age meant Yhwh, including the old Greek of Daniel 5:4, and never Satan. Deuteronomy 29 says Yhwh did not give a mind that understands, or eyes that see, or ears that hear, and Isaiah 6 has him commission calloused hearts and blinded eyes. The next verses put the opposite beside that: one blinds so Christ cannot be seen, and the other shines in human hearts, in the pattern of Genesis 1:3 calling light into being.
One early answer is that the god of this age was Yhwh and not Jesus' Father. Irenaeus, around 180, is described as attaching of this age to the unbelievers and also as naming Yhwh by repunctuating the line, and Tertullian gave two different answers in the same book. Donald Hartley in 2005 and a 2015 Cape Town dissertation both say the title is Yhwh. The talk answers the split with yes, because if Yhwh is the adversary, the Yhwh reading and the Satan reading are one being, and the veil is still there whenever Moses is read.
